Ladies, you’re expected to be so many things to so many people.
A loving mother to your children. A source of comfort to your partner You might work long hours to support your family, and you might even go to school on top of that.
It never seems like there’s enough time in a day. Bills to pay. Kids to feed. Papers to write. Chores to do. Sometimes life feels like a never-ending To-Do list. It’s not easy to find the time to exercise.
And even if you could find the time to exercise, what are you supposed to do? It’s a scary world out there, full of confusing and conflicting information that doesn’t make much sense.
I’m happy to say I have good news: it doesn’t have to be this way! Fitness doesn’t have to be a stressful, time-consuming bore. The best fitness plan is one that you enjoy doing, and that causes as little interruption to your lifestyle as possible.

Imagine a world where eating is about pleasure and nourishment (not math and restrictions).
Imagine a world where exercise is fun and convenient (not boring and stressful).
No more crash diets that promise the world (but don’t deliver).
No more boring cardio that makes you yawn (and doesn’t work).
No more agonizing because you ate “too many calories.”
Crash diets fail every time, jogging doesn’t work, and counting calories is a waste of time.

Why Crash Diets Fail Every Time
Have you ever lost a bunch of weight on a restrictive diet or excessive exercise plan, only to gain it all back as soon as you quit?
Don’t beat yourself up if you have – it’s a common mistake a lot of people make. Crash diets might produce quick results, but it is impossible to sustain them for more than a few weeks or months. And if you can’t sustain it, what’s the point?
Small changes stick better. If you make small changes, they’re not stressful – you almost won’t even notice them.
Keep making small changes over time, and each new change will build on the ones before it. This creates a powerful snowball effect that multiplies fat loss as time goes on.
Fitness isn’t a thirty day program. It’s a life-long journey.

Why Jogging Doesn’t Work
Most people on treadmills don’t push themselves hard enough to create the body they desire. If you can read Pride and Prejudice, watch Oprah, or study for your final during your training, you’re not working hard enough to expect meaningful results.
Don’t get me wrong — jogging is a great lifestyle activity, and it’s definitely better than nothing. But if you’re looking for weight-loss, I have a secret weapon that doesn’t require 60 minutes on the hamster wheel. My clients and I pity the fools wasting an hour a day on the treadmill.

Why Counting Calories Is a Waste of Time
Your metabolism is determined by a limitless number of variables including age, body type, amount of sleep, how active you are, stress levels, etc. (I could go on, but you get the point). It is impossible for any caloric needs equation to account for these variables, thus there is no guarantee the estimate will be at-all-accurate.
Calorie counts used on food labels and restaurant menus are often incorrect. Plus, most people under-estimate their portion sizes, making all that counting pointless.
The nutrition contained in your calories is more important than the total number of your calories.

Hi! My name is Daniel Wallen. I’m the owner and personal trainer of the Wallen Way.
I help busy women become better versions of themselves. More specifically, I help become fit, fierce, and fabulous.
I wasn’t always the happy guy you see over there. I struggled with my weight for years.
I was bullied as a kid, and as a consequence my confidence and self-esteem was as low as it gets. I hated my body (and myself) for years. I could lose weight for a little while, but it always seemed to come back.
The problem? I didn’t understand that fitness isn’t a 30-day program – it’s a life-long journey.
I would starve myself on a crash diet and exercise until I was so exhausted that I wanted to die. I would lose a bunch of weight, but then I would quit the plan and just gain it back, every time.
I learned from my mistakes, and embraced that fitness is a lifestyle. Small changes stick better. It’s that simple.

Fun, Convenient, Done-For-You Home Training Routines
You’ll receive a full library of exercise instructions and demonstrations, workout logs, and training plans that you can perform at home in around 30 minutes a session. You’ll be done by the time it would take you to drive to the gym.
These training plans include body-weight resistance training (to get strong), metabolic training (to torch fat), and core training (to sculpt your midsection). I also provide full warm-up and cool-down templates, so you’ll never have any questions about what to do.
I use body-weight movements that are fun, playful, and functional for daily life. I also scale them in a way to include beginner, intermediate, and advanced options.

My online coaching program begins with a 7-day Introduction Course containing a daily exercise to help you uncover your desire, develop inner strength, and build a strong foundation from which to begin your Fitness Adventure. Below is a full breakdown of the Introduction Phase:

This is just a small sample of Focus Topics, which are added and updated constantly.
Your daily exercises and weekly focus topics will be delivered to you by e-mail one at a time and be determined by where you are in your Grand Fitness Adventure. They will be accompanied with an Action Plan of fun exercises built to help you become fit, fierce, and fabulous.
